About Maggie

You may be looking into counseling, feeling like you can’t hold it together anymore, or like you have to “be” something for the place you’re in or the people in your life. You may be overwhelmed, worried, scared, confused, hopeless, or not quite sure how to describe how you feel, but you know it’s not where you want to be.

Maggie will meet you where you are and how you are, and will work with you on bringing relief with pragmatism and some humor. Together, you will chart a path forward, look at what is and isn’t working for you, how to get where you want to be, and even explore who you want to be.

Maggie brings compassion, curiosity, warmth, and reflection, and works with you to build a relationship based on trust, taking the time to understand you and your unique background, where you can explore how you are managing life, strengthen what is working well, and build flexibility and new strategies where you are currently struggling to grow.

Maggie believes therapy is a unique relationship and space to let go of what is holding you back and build the skills, knowledge, and confidence to move toward a better understanding of yourself, others, and the world around you.

Maggie is a Counselor-In-Training working with adult individuals and groups in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Pennsylvania under the supervision of Jamie L. Jones at Juniper Blu Collective.
